Overview

Merge Balls feels closer to an aiming board than a tile sorter. The important area is the launch lane: if low balls pile there, future merges become awkward even when high clusters remain above. Strong play clears the bottom safely, then uses those openings to feed larger ball groups.

Controls

Tap same-value ball groups to merge them. The hex-style contact gives the board a rounded bubble pattern, so check curved clusters carefully. Arrow keys can move focus through nearby balls, and Space or Enter confirms. On touch devices, the on-screen buttons help when your thumb would cover the launch lane.

Scoring and Progress

Points reward upgraded balls and group size, but lane safety is the real multiplier. A low-value merge near the bottom may prevent a future jam and lead to more total scoring than a high cluster at the top. Top shows the strongest ball reached, Best saves the record, and rating improves when the lane stays open.

Strategy Tips

Clear from the bottom when pressure rises. Keep one side of the launch lane open, then aim future merges toward prepared same-value pockets. Do not chase every upper cluster if the lower row is losing space. The best recovery move is the one that opens a clean path for the next two balls.

Mobile Play

Mobile aiming is easiest in portrait because the danger lane is visible. Tap obvious clusters directly, but use controls for low balls hidden by your thumb. Confirm the highlighted group and watch how the bottom row changes after every merge. The game rewards steady lane maintenance over quick shots.
