Find every listed word by tracing one straight horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line through adjacent letters.
Word Search hides seven familiar English words inside a seven-by-seven letter board. Every answer forms one unbroken line and may run horizontally, vertically, or diagonally in either direction. The word list shows what remains, so you can focus on scanning the grid instead of guessing. The puzzle begins when the page loads and has no countdown.
Press the first letter with a mouse or fingertip, drag along the word, and release on its last letter. A gold highlight previews your line. With a keyboard, move the cursor using the arrow keys, press Enter to set the first cell, move to the last cell, and press Enter again. The on-screen arrows and OK button provide the same controls. Reset starts a fresh board.
Each new word awards twenty-five points per letter plus a growing discovery bonus. Longer words are worth more, and finding several targets builds the bonus. Selecting an already found word adds nothing. An invalid line simply clears the preview, so you can retry without a penalty. Your best score is saved in this browser, while the rating rises from Seeker to Word Master as you complete the board.
Start with the longest word because its letter pattern is easier to spot. Scan rows in both directions, then columns, then each diagonal. Rare opening pairs can stand out faster than common vowels. Before dragging, check the expected length and final letter to avoid stopping one cell early. Found words remain highlighted in green, so use those completed lines as landmarks when searching the spaces that remain.
On a small screen, pause on the first cell until the gold preview appears, then drag to the center of the last cell. If your finger hides the letters, use the large arrow and OK controls below the canvas. Landscape mode gives the board more room. Wrong selections have no penalty, so release and try the straight line again.
