How to Play

placing limited chain explosions to protect cities

Game Guide

Overview

Missile Defense asks you to preserve five ground cities against descending warheads. Incoming tracks appear from different points and approach the lower skyline at varied speeds. A limited interceptor creates an expanding blast in midair. Any missile that enters that radius is destroyed, and its detonation can help catch nearby threats before they reach a city.

Controls

Press the center action or Space to place the next interception burst around the active defense point. Ammunition is deliberately finite within a wave, so rapid tapping can leave the skyline unprotected. When all launched threats have resolved, the battery reloads for a harder level. Reset restores cities, ammunition, score, and wave progression while keeping the best score.

Scoring and Progress

A direct interception awards points, while overlapping explosions can remove several missiles with one round and improve efficiency. Surviving cities grant a substantial end-of-wave bonus. A strike removes one city instead of ending the session; when every city is gone, a replacement line arrives and one life is deducted. The status value therefore measures infrastructure, not a cosmetic counter.

Strategy Tips

Wait until multiple trajectories approach the same region, then place one burst where their future paths converge. An early explosion may fade before a slow missile arrives, whereas a low explosion risks letting another track hit first. Count remaining rounds, protect clusters of cities, and treat a chain reaction as spatial planning rather than random clicking.

Mobile Play

Touch users receive a large central firing control that remains clear of the skyline. Debug mode fires at imperfect intervals while new missiles spawn, producing real hits and occasional damage for representative previews. The text report exposes ammunition, cities, rockets, expanding blast radii, wave, score, and lives so validation can observe the finite-resource interception rule.
