Feedback

Player feedback helps us improve instructions, controls, layout, and game balance. If a page is confusing or a game does not work well on your device, please let us know with the game name and browser.

What to include

The URL of the page or game where the problem happened.
Your device type, browser, and whether you used touch, keyboard, or mouse controls.
A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.

What we can fix

Useful reports are specific and testable. We can act faster when the report explains the exact page, the control that felt wrong, the screen size where layout broke, or the sentence that was unclear. Requests for new games are welcome, but gameplay fixes, broken links, accessibility issues, and mobile usability problems are handled first.

Response time

Casual Gamer is a small static site, so responses may not be immediate. We still review reports and prioritize issues that affect gameplay, accessibility, mobile usability, and page quality.

Privacy when reporting

Do not include passwords, payment details, or private personal information in reports. Casual Gamer does not require an account to play, so most gameplay reports only need the game name, browser, device type, and a short description of what happened.
